From the outside it doesn't look like much, but pleasantly surprised by the look, feel, and cleanliness of the rooms. The proprietor is pleasant and polite and the price is excellent!
Wonderful place to stop on your travels and relax. This was my first experience renting a room & the staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone passing through Lamesa.

When all the hotel chains we normally stay at were booked, we had to look else where. I was a little concerned about the quality for price, but the reviews were positive so we gave it a try. At the time of our stay, it looked like the rooms had been remodeled fairly recently. The furniture (night stand, etc) was a little worn in spots and basic, but that was no big deal because the room was spotless and quiet. There is nothing I hate more than staying in a motel/hotel that feels grimy and sticky. In terms of cleanliness, this room ranked up there with or exceeded the higher budget hotels I've stayed in recently. If our travels took us this way again, I wouldn't hesitate to book another night even before looking into our normal, higher budget chains.
